Real Good for Free: Hats Off Music Festival, Saratoga

Saratoga…summer…racetrack.

That’s really pretty much all you need to know about downtown Saratoga Springs once the racing season kicks into gear. In celebration of the race track’s opening weekend, the annual Hats Off Music Festival takes place at a variety of locations around town beginning at 7pm on Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1. And, yes, it’s all free.
