We recently stopped by the Mandeville Gallery, housed in the breathtaking, 16-sided Nott Memorial Chapel at Union College, to take a look at the Green Light show organized by VSAarts. The exhibition includes a lush and inspiring 30-page catalog that chronicles the 15 artists in the show, all of whom have disabilities ranging from ADHD to tramautic brain injuries and severe Crohn’s disease.

Some use the creative process as a way to meditate and focus inward while others use it as a way to reach out and communicate with the outside world. As is typical with VSAarts, the work is first-rate.
