Next Friday, September 18 is the last day to donate an artwork to Art Saves Animals’ fifth annual art auction and reception to benefit the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society. The reception and auction is slated for Thursday, October 8 at the Albany Institute of History and Art. Donors get a free ticket!
Weekend concertgoer warnings: Yes, there is a reason to purchase concert tickets in advance. Not only do you often save money by buying advance tickets, but you also won’t be left out in the cold if the concert sells out. This weekend’s sold-out performances include Joshua Radin tonight at The Linda in Albany and Ingrid Michaelson at Valentine’s Music Hall on Sunday evening.
