Real Good for Free: Jim Gaudet & the Railroad Boys @ Tess’ Lark Tavern, 9/14/09
Mixing up some hot picking with some high lonesome harmonies and the wry, dry wit of Jim Gaudet‘s superb songsmithing, the Railroad Boys will be riding into Tess’ Lark Tavern in Albany for a fab free show about 7:30pm tonight.
Yes, we know that Gaudet and the boys have become mainstays on Tess’ schedule for the first Monday night of each month, but because of last week’s Labor Day holiday, they decided to push back their performance a week. So catch ’em tonight.
All other regular Monday night gigs at Tess’ (like Ramblin Jug Stompers on Monday, September 21) will continue on in their usual time slot, and next month Gaudet will be back to the first Monday.
Got it?
