The Boston Celtics’ Design-Our-Logo Contest
“The Boston Celtics are a two piece experimental outfit from Schenectady, New York. We are very hairy, large and loud. Please enjoy our music.” So proclaims the dynamic duo of Ryan Stewart and Richard Nolan Jr., who are the Boston Celtics.
In conjunction with the upcoming release of their debut album, “The End of Mont Pleasant,” the B3nson Recording Company twosome is looking for a logo, and they need your help. Actually, according to the lyrics of their song, “The Story of the Boston Celtics,” they kinda already know what they want their logo to look like:
“an upside down tree that looks like a painting of a pro palming a basketball”
But they’re holding a contest and asking you to design the finished logo for them based on that description. Here are the complete contest rules.
All contest entries will receive a free digital download of the “Mont Pleasant” EP, featuring five non-LP tracks. Prizes include digital downloads of both the EP and full-length CD, CDs and McDonald’s gift certificates.
Email contest entries to [email protected] by Thursday, October 1 deadline.
Void where prohibited.
