Be Here Now: Emily Quick Benefit @ Northern Lights, 9/27/09

Eight-year-old Emily Quick is in the midst of a six-month regimen of chemotherapy to help her valiant fight against Langerhans cell histiocytosis, an extremely rare cancer of the bone marrow.

You can help defray the family’s mounting medical costs and have a good time at the same time by attending a benefit concert for Emily and her family at Northern Lights in Clifton Park on Sunday.

6pm: Hour of Need
7pm: The Mariaville Cattle Company Band
8pm: The Ameros

Tina Dame from the ABC-TV series “Ex-Wives Club” will be making a special appearance. And there will also be games and silent auctions with products and services donated by many local businesses.
