Patti Sues Diddy. You Be the Judge.
Diddy? Or didn’t he?
That’s the question that will be answered in the lawsuit filed by renowned glass artist Tom Patti of Pittsfield, Mass., who claims that rapper/producer/actor/designer/etc. Sean John “Diddy/P. Diddy/Puff Daddy/etc.” Combs ripped off Patti’s artwork for the design of his “Unforgivable” cologne bottle.

Is it a rip-off or not?
No, I don’t think it’s a rip off. Sure, at first glance there are similarities, but once you really look at it, there are a lot of differences. Diddy’s is more of a bottle shape in a square and Patti’s is more of a bulged out square and the ribs are very different.
Well, they are both overpriced and they are both unnecessary so they do have a lot in common.
