Pretty scary, eh kids?: Zombie Film Feast II @ The Linda
The Linda has an entire terrifying weekend of zombie-friendly events planned at their second annual Zombie Film Feast, including a film festival, a zombie parade, a Thriller dance-off and brain eating contest and a gaming vault that features a weekend-long Left 4 Dead competition. Here’s the schedule.
The weekend-long film festival features over 10 films including the regional premier of “I Sell The Dead” starring Dominic Monaghan and Ron Perlman.
Late Saturday afternoon, the Zombie Parade winds its way from the Lark Street BID (245 Lark Street) to the Linda (about a mile), followed by a Thriller dance-off and brain-eating competition in the Linda’s parking lot.
Saturday night is the Zombie Prom with music by Zombie Bomb and part of the proceeds going to support The Hellions of Troy Roller Derby Team.
A Left 4 Dead competition continues all weekend long in the Linda’s bank vault. Othe zombie slayer games will be featured as well, including Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, House of the Dead: Over Kill, and Dead Rising.
Tickets are $6 per film, $8 Zombie Prom (21+ w/ proper ID), $30 all weekend pass.
