Real Good for Free: World Music Extravaganza @ Savoia Lounge, 12/5/09

The second World Music Extravaganza will be presented at 8pm Saturday (December 5) at the luxurious Savoia Lounge at 214 Warren St. in Hudson. Featured performers on the eclectic bill will be the tango/Gypsy jazz duo of Jonathan Talbot and Seamus Maynard, Japanese-pop/bossa nova songstress Yakuri Roja and the swingin’ hoedown rhythms of Ramblin Jug Stompers.

Throughout the evening HVAPA Belly Dancers will also be performing for your pleasure. The evening’s entertainment begins at 8pm, following the ever-popular Hudson City Winterwalk – the hip and happening community festival that that runs from 5-8pm all up and down Warren Street, kick-starting the holiday season in historic Hudson.
