Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

Nippertown.com has been up and running for about seven months now, so we haven’t even celebrated our first anniversary yet. But as 2009 comes to a close, we’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who has come to visit and helped spread the word about what we’re doing here.

Remember, Nippertown is your hometown. Please help make it grow and thrive in 2010.

OK, then, let’s roll the credits…

Very special thanks to Andrzej Pilarczyk, without whom Nippertown would be a much poorer place to live

Many thanks to our generous and insightful contributors: Matt Mac Haffie, Bryan Thomas, Martin Benjamin, Charles H. Haymes, Rick Bedrosian, Bowtie, Michael Hotter, Micah Silver, Joe Putrock, Jon Flanders, Timothy Cahill, Bokonon, Mary Paley, Tubehead, Tim Livingston, Liz Howe, Dee Fuentes, Bill Dhalle, Bill Patterson, Brian Patneaude, Paul Rapp, Michael Eck, David Greenberger, Barbara Price, Mary Jane Leach, Broadway Blotto, Andy Gregory, Howe Glassman, Matthew Carefully, J. Eric Smith and everyone who has sent us photos, reviews, artwork, stories, news tips, comments and words of encouragement.

Thank you to our “It’s the Weekend” models: Cale, Shelby and sometimes Lola.

And an extra tip of the hat and our undying gratitude to such fine folks as Charles H. Haymes, Jill Hughes, the Arts Center of the Capital Region, John Caldwell, Jim Gaudet & the Railroad Boys and all of those who have put their money where their art is by advertising with Nippertown.com during our first months.
