Festival Fever: The Green River Festival, 7/16-18/10

The Green River Festival is celebrating its 24th year this summer by expanding to a three-day fest.

On Friday, July 16, the fest kicks off with a show in Energy Park in Greenfield, Mass.

On Saturday and Sunday, July 17-18, the festivities move over to the nearby Greenfield Community College with two stages of music, as well as food and fine crafts – all topped off with an array of beautiful hot air balloons.

Tickets are now on sale, and if purchased by May 1, a weekend ticket costs only $49.95, while single day tix for Saturday or Sunday are $34.95 each. After May 1, ticket prices are $59.95 for the weekend, or $39.95 per day. At the gate, Saturday and Sunday tix will be $49.95 each. Children 12 and under are admitted free.
