Call For Entries – Last Chance to Donate Art to Art Saves Animals

Thursday, September 23 is the last day to donate your artwork to the Art For Animals fundraiser for the Mohawk and Hudson River Humane Society. Artwork does not need to be animal-related, and can be dropped off at the MHRHS center in Menands or at Arlene’s Artists Materials on Fuller Road in Albany.

This not-to-be-missed evening, slated for September 30 at the Arts Center of the Capital Region in Troy, will feature silent and live auctions featuring artworks and handcrafted items donated by local and regional artists as well as a cocktail reception with wine and fancy hors d’œuvres. Tickets are $40 ($20 for donating artists.) (PS: We’re honorary co-chairs for this worthwhile event.)
