Two of Nippertown’s most revered news men sign copies of their latest books – Dague’s memoir “Six and Eleven; A Television News Anchor’s Story” and Lynch’s historical novel “Thunder of Captains: a Novel of the Battle of Saratoga.” 5:30-7pm.
MUSIC: “Melodies of Christmas” @ Proctors, Schenectady. It’s the 31st anniversary of the annual holiday extravaganza featuring the Empire State Youth Orchestra, Youth Choral, the Northeast Ballet, the Orlando School of Dance, Arthur DeLuke and the roots-rockin’ Professor Louie & the Crowmatix. Proceeds benefit the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders at the Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center. 7pm. $25. (Through Sunday)
