MUSIC: Baird Hersey & Prana @ Upstate Films, Woodstock. It’s Hersey’s annual “A Moment of Peace” concert. He’ll be joined by Prana, featuring Peter Buettner, Amy Fradon, Julie Parisi, Kirsti Gholson, Julie Last, Julian Lines, Bruce Milner and Joe Veillette. 8:30pm. $11.

MUSIC: Jordan Loder & Friends @ the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center, Great Barrington. It’s an annual Berkshire bash and this year’s friends include Meg Hutchinson, Higher Organix and One Straw Revolution. 7pm. $25.

MUSIC: The Raquette River Rounders @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. Veteran music man John Kribs leads in band in another North Country holiday tradition. 7pm. $17.

MUSIC: Freya @ Bogie’s, Albany. Earth Crisis pointman Karl Buechner leads his band Freya into Bogie’s for a post-Xmas metalcore moshpit. Also featuring The World We Knew, Ghost Ship, Hands Up! and Castle.
