Greg Haymes founded Nippertown, along with his wife Sara Ayers, in 2009. Greg was a musician, journalist, and ambassador to the Capital Region arts community. Greg passed in April of 2019, but his legacy continues.

I’d completely forgotten that Kate McGarrigle died. Was lucky enough to see her and her sister live in ’81. I want to take issue with Malcolm McLaren’s inclusion, though. Luckiest clothing-store owner in the world (Lucky for him John Lydon didn’t shop somewhere else!), but if he’s a musician, so’s Don Johnson!
