New Poetry Zine: Daylight Robbery

Daylight RobberyA brand new poetry zine slipped into Nippertown last week. It’s called Daylight Robbery, and it was put together by Jason Crane – jazz enthusiast, poet, bicycle advocate and podcaster of “The Jazz Session.”

Crane – whose first collection of poems, “Unexpected Sunlight,” was published last year – unveiled the premier issue of Daylight Robbery last week at Caffe Lena in Saratoga Springs, where he was the featured poet at the Caffe’s monthly poetry session.

Published by SNAFU Press, the inaugural issue features poetry by Aaron Belz, Carol Graser, Molly Lawless, John Gallaher and Alan Casline. The cover illustration is by Carolee Sherwood.

If you’d like a copy of the zine, send your mailing address to [email protected] Individual copies are free, although donations would be greatly appreciated via the Donate button at the zine’s website. You can also subscribe to Daylight Robbery by clicking on the Subscribe button at the website. A one-year subscription (six issues) is just $5.
