Sean Rowe’s West Coast Report

Soulful Nippertown singer-songwriter Sean Rowe sent along a report on his recent west coast tour. Here’s a quick excerpt:

“still on the west coast soaking up the last bit of sunshine before i come back to NY to dig my car out. what the hell’s goin on over there? Could be a great opportunity to sleep in a snow cave for a few days. hmmmmm…..

The tour with the Handsome family has sadly come to an end. As an opener for a headlining act, you never quite know what to expect and this tour really went beyond the response that i had hoped for. One of the highlights for me was the packed house at the Doug Fir Lounge in Portland, OR. I remember clinging to the electricity in the air that night. you guys were insane!”

And remember: Sean Rowe’s album “Magic” is slated to be re-released on Anti- Records on Tuesday, February 22. His Nippertown CD release party is slated for Friday, February 25 at 431 Delaware Avenue, Albany. The bash will actually be a dual release party, as Railbird will also be performing in celebration of the long-awaited release of their full-length album, “No One.”
