Need a bit of laughter to help chase away those winter blues?

Well, Skidmore College has just the thing for you. The Bernhard Theatre at the Saratoga Springs college is hosting the 22nd annual National College Comedy Festival this weekend.

Two shows are scheduled on both Friday and Saturday evenings, with college sketch comedy performers taking the stage for the 7pm shows, followed by pro comedy troupes at 10pm.

Tix for each of the student shows are just $5; students $3. Tix for each of the professional comedy shows are $10; students $7. All-festival weekend passes – good for admission to all four performances are also available for $20; students $15.

10pm: Professional Show featuring Bleak! Comedy and Upright Citizens Brigade Touring Company

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 12
7pm: College Show
10pm: Professional Show featuring Bleak! Comedy and Harvard Sailing Team

Among the many college comedy troupes slated to perform are the Ad-Liberal Artists (Skidmore College), the Sketchies (Skidmore College), Skidomedy (Skidmore College), receSs (George Washington University), Danger Box (New York University), Hammerkatz (New York University), the Strange Bedfellows (Bates College), the Limit (Vassar College), the Purple Crayon (Yale University) and others.
