There’ll be plenty of mayhem on wheels this weekend as the Dept. of Public Hurts take on the Capital City Legislayers in the Albany All Stars’ third intra-league bout of the season. The matchup starts at 7pm this Saturday, February 19, at the Washington Avenue Armory in Albany. And in between all of the fishnets and flying elbows on the roller derby rink, the evening will also include a live blast of high energy American rock ‘n’ roll by Slick Fitty. And it’s going to a good cause, too, with a portion of proceeds to benefit the Mohawk & Hudson River Humane Society. Tickets are just $10 in advance; $12 at the door; and $4 for children under 12.
