MUSIC: Sweet Soubrette @ Valentine’s Music Hall, Albany. Just a gal, her ukulele, her band and a batch of dark, edgy love songs. With Gay Tastee. 8pm.

FILM: “The Ten Commandments” @ the Palace Theatre, Albany. An Easter season celebration with the most epic of epics – Cecile B. DeMille’s swansong. 7pm. $5; children 14 and under $3.
