MUSIC: Bob Dylan 70th Birthday Tribute Concert @ Club Helsinki, Hudson. Rob Sanzone hosts as a parade of local talent performs an array of selections from the vast Dylan songbag. 7pm. FREE.

MUSIC: The Joe Krown Trio @ Red Square, Albany. An all-star combo featuring three of New Orleans finest bluesmen – organist Joe Krown (more than a dozen years with Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown), drummer Russell Batiste, Jr. (the Funky Meters) and vocalist-guitarslinger Walter “Wolfman” Washington. MUSIC: North America @ SwordPaw HQ at Oakwood CC, 313 10th St., Troy. After a slight delay, it’s finally time for the debut show at the new SwordPaw HQ. With Northern Water Snake and Matthew Carefully. 6:30pm. $5.

MUSIC: Americana Tuesday @ Valentine’s Music Hall, Albany. Host band Dan Johnson & His Expert Sidemen welcome special guests alt-country combo the Lazy Suns and acoustic blues duo Holly & Evan. 8pm. $5.
