With all of the interest in TV shows like “Dancing With the Stars” and “So You Think You Can Dance,” dancing seems to be rapidly becoming the new national pastime.

And if you wanna get in on all the fun, you’ll have the chance on Saturday evening when the Arts Center of the Capital Region in Troy hosts the Summer’s Eve Ball.

Co-hosted by USA Dance, the event will kick off with a free waltz lesson at 7pm, followed by an evening of dancing to the shimmering sounds of Champagne Jam. Of course beer, wine and snacks will be available all night long.

Tix are $15.
