FESTIVAL: Family Pride Festival @ the bottom of Warren Street, Hudson. Free carnival and children’s activities, as well as performances by Uncle Rock, Ramblin Jug Stompers, the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus’ Cowgirl Philly, the Providers and more. 12noon-4pm. FREE.

MUSIC: Dave Alvin & the Guilty Ones @ Club Helsinki, Hudson. The great California roots rocker and his band sneak preview selections from their upcoming album “Eleven Eleven.” 8pm. With Los Straitjackets, straight from their headlining show at Troy’s River Street Fest yesterday. 8pm. $20.

FESTIVAL/MUSIC/ENVIRONMENTAL: Clearwater’s Great Hudson River Revival @ Croton Point Park, Croton-On-Hudson. The first of the two-day fest features the Drive-By Truckers, James McMurtry, Suzanne Vega, Justin Townes Earle, the Indigo Girls, John Sebastian and lots more. MUSIC: Bill Frisell’s Beautiful Dreamers @ the Iron Horse Music Hall, Northampton. The guitar great and his band, featuring Eyvind Kang and Rudy Royston. 7pm. $25 in advance; $30 at the door.

MUSIC: The Fleshtones @ Broadway Brew, Troy. The Kings of Garage Rock roll into Troy once again for the rock ‘n’ roll grand opening of a new venue on the site of the former Judge’s Inn. With Big Frank & the Bargain Bingers. 3pm. $5.

MUSIC: Special Creek @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. A hot new bluegrass band on the Nippertown scene. 7pm. $12 in advance; $14 at the door.

MUSIC: The U.S. Coast Guard Dixieland Jazz Band @ Corning Preserve’s Riverfront Park, Albany. It’s the City of Albany’s Father’s Day celebration. Followed by fireworks. 7pm. FREE.

MUSIC: God’s Trombones @ the Colonial Theatre, Pittsfield. Composer-trombonist Craig S. Harris leads a soulful and inspirational concert as part of Lift Ev’ry Voice: Celebrating African-American Culture & Heritage in the Berkshires. 7pm. $10, $15, $25.
