Real Good for Free: Lake George Summer Concert Series

It’s one of the most beautiful settings of all of Nippertown’s free concert series – a wonderful little amphitheater in Shepard Park with the lake just behind the stage. It’s a little oasis in the middle of the summertime hustle ‘n’ bustle of Vacationland, USA.

Sponsored by the Lake George Arts Project (which also produces the Lake George Jazz Weekend in September), the summertime concerts take place rain-or-shine at 7:30pm on Wednesdays.

It all gets underway tomorrow (Wednesday, July 6) with the Chris O’Leary Band, led by the former vocalist-harmonicat with Levon Helm & the Barnburners.
