Real Good for Free: Riverlink Concert Series, Amsterdam

Riverlink Park in Amsterdam is once again hosting its annual summertime concert series throughout the months of July and August. Featured performers include Amsterdam hometown favorites Tony’s Polka Band and the blues duo of Holly & Evan, in addition to regional acts the Chandler Travis Philharmonic and Dave Matthews tribute band One Sweet World, and numerous Nippertown music scene favorites.

All performances for the 2011 series of performances will take place on Saturdays and begin at 7pm, except where noted:

July 9: The Chandler Travis Philharmonic. With Holly & Evan. (6:30pm)

July 30: Jim Gaudet & the Railroad Boys
August 8: The Third Annual Riverlink Jamboree with emcee Peggy Lecuyer, Three Day Threshold, the Nellies, Moonshine Holler (3pm)
August 13: The Second Annual Singer-Songwriter Festival with emcee Michael Eck, M.R. Poulopoulos, Matt Durfee, Tom Lindsay (5pm)
August 20: One Sweet World
August 27: Kidz Theater
