Real Good for Free: Hudson.Water.Music. in Hudson

Hudson.Water.Music. is a free summer-time concert series co-sponsored by the City of Hudson and Hudson’s own fab music store, Musica. The concerts take place from 6-9pm on Wednesdays at the Henry Hudson Riverfront Park.

In addition to the great music with a decidedly international flavor, each evening will feature roving circus unicylers, jugglers, magicians, comedians and clowns from Bindlestiff Family Cirkus. In addition, a great choice of fine summer victuals will be available at the shows.

The series kicks off this evening with Sweet Soubrette, a NYC-based indie rock band led by singer-songwriter Ellis Baker, featuring ukulele, violin and marimba. The band is touring in support of their latest album, “Days and Nights.” Sharing the stage will be the Edna Project – the duo of Liz Queler and Seth Farber performing a song-cycle set to the poetry of Edna St. Vincent Millay.
