Palace Theatre Adds New All-Star Classic Rock Concert

Break out the tie-dye. The ’60s are back…

The Palace Theatre in Albany has announced the booking of Hippiefest 2011, a mini-rock fest featuring an all-star line-up of ’60s rockers.

Hippiefest rolls into town at 7pm on Thursday, October 13 featuring Dave Mason (ex Traffic, Fleetwood Mac), Mark Farner (Grand Funk Railroad), Rick Derringer (the McCoys) and Felix Cavaliere’s Rascals.

Priced at $29, $39, $44 and $59, tix for Hippiefest 2011 will go on sale to the general public at 10am on Thursday (August 11).
