New Concert Announcement at the Palace Theatre

Veteran singer and blueswoman Bonnie Raitt steps into the spotlight at the Palace Theatre in Albany at 8pm on Saturday, June 2. Raitt will be showcasing her upcoming new album, “Slipstream,” slated for release on April 10. Her first album of new material in seven years, “Slipstream” was produced by Joe Henry ad features songs penned by Henry, Bob Dylan and Loudon Wainwright III, as well as the lead-off single, a reggae-fied rendition of Gerry Rafferty’s “Right Down the Line.”

Opening the show will be singer-songwriter Marc Cohn.

Priced at $52 and $62, tix for the concert are slated to go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday (February 10).
