Three New Shows Announced for The Egg

The Egg in Albany has announced three more new shows for its concert calendar, which now officially extends all the way til next Christmas season. Tix for all three of the new shows are slated to go on sale this week.

Here are the new concert additions:

BILLY GARDELL
Friday, April 13, 7pm

An evening with stand-up comedian Billy Gardell, the star of CBS-TV’s hit television series, “Mike and Molly.”

DWEEZIL ZAPPA PLAYS ZAPPA
Friday, July 20, 8pm
$32.50, $44.50 & $69.50; tix on sale at 10am on Friday (March 9)
Guitarist Dweezil Zappa and his band perform the music of his father – the legendary Frank Zappa.

A JOHN WATERS CHRISTMAS
Sunday, December 2, 8pm
$35, $50; tix on sale at 11am on Wednesday (March 7)
Like a wayward Santa for the Christmas-obsessed, legendary filmmaker and raconteur John Waters (“Pink Flamingos,” “Hairspray,” “Mondao Trasho,” “A Dirty Shame”) rides into town on his sleigh full of smut, spreading yuletide cheer with his critically acclaimed one-man show, “A John Waters Christmas.”
