WHAT: Rock for Food Music Festival

WHEN: Friday (April 27), 6pm-12midnight; doors at 5pm; last band starts 10:30pm
Saturday (April 28), 12noon-12midnight; doors at 11am; last band starts 10:30pm
Sunday (April 29), 12noon-9pm; doors at 11am; last band starts at 7:30pm

WHERE: Backstage Productions, Kingston

WHY: 18 bands will perform at this benefit concert, which raises funds for the Queens Galley, a not for profit organization that provides awareness, education, relief and prevention of food insecurity in America, supporting, creating and implementing programs dedicated to the affordable nutritional education of children, families and seniors.

HOW MUCH: $15 per day; students under 18 $10; children under 6 FREE
$35 for the whole weekend; students under 18 $22

WHO: Friday: Midnight Slim with Michael T, Mister Kick, Sonny Rock & the Smokin’ Aces, the Rhett Tyler Trio
Saturday: Gina Marie’z Dance Group, the Legendary RT and Sredni, Just James, Lindsey Webster, Frank Palangi, the Redeemers, Hotrod, Blue Mountain Bustdown
Sunday: Black Mountain Symphony, the Chandler Travis Three-O, NY Country, Art Adams, Myles Mancuso, the Marc Black Band
