Taylor Swift Is Coming to Tanglewood

We know that veteran singer-songwriter James Taylor has got a lot of high profile pals, so we were curious as to just who might be the “surprise guest” for his concert on Monday, July 2, the first evening of his upcoming three-night stand at Tanglewood in Lenox.

Well, the guest has been announced – it’s young country-pop superstar Taylor Swift.

At least, Tanglewood will be able to conserve room on its marque for the show – “James Taylor Swift.”

And hopefully, this will start a whole new trend in multi-genre double-bills at Tanglewood:
