FILM: “Blind Spot: Hitler’s Secretary” @ Time + Space Limited, Hudson. In this documentary, Traudl Junge describes on camera for the first time her experience working as one of Adolf Hilter’s private secretaries from 1942 until his suicide in 1945. Urged to tell her story by German author Melissa Muller, Junge made the film with Austrian director Andre Heller, some of whose Jewish family members died in Nazi death camps. 7:30pm.
FAIR: Saratoga County Fair @ Saratoga County Fairgrounds, Ballston Spa. It’s opening day for the 171st annual county fair featuring a demolition derby (7:30pm), the J. Collins Band (8pm), blues band Markellis Haskell Maul, kid’s band Seth & the Moody Melix, comedy juggler Matt Baker, chainsaw artist Brian Ruth, racing pigs and lots more. 9am-12midnight. $10.
