LIVE: Electric Guest @ Upstate Concert Hall, 7/15/12

Los Angeles-based rockers Electric Guest made their Nippertown debut at the Upstate Concert Hall in Clifton Park last month, promoting their debut album “Mondo,” produced by Danger Mouse.

Led by Asa Taccone and Matthew Compton, the band was featured as one of a dozen on MTV’s list of “Artists to Watch in 2012,” performed on “The Late Show With David Letterman” and have made the rounds of the primo festival scene, including South by Southwest, Montreux, Outside Lands and Bonaroo.

Electric Guest’s free concert in Clifton Park was sponsored by radio station WEQX-FM with Local 518 faves Northern Faces and Mirk opening the show.

Electric Guest is slated for a return concert at the Upstate Concert Hall on Tuesday, October 23. No is slated to kick off the evening at 8pm. Tix are $10 in advance; $12 at the door.
