New Release Rack: The Slaughterhouse Chorus, Bridge Under Fire & Bad Friends
A double record release bash is on tap for Valentine’s Music Hall in Albany on Sunday (January 27).
The Slaughterhouse Chorus and Bridge Under Fire will be celebrating the release of their split seven-inch vinyl EP – featuring two songs by each band. In a limited edition of 200, the colored vinyl pressing on the Syracuse-based L.R.S. Records will also include a digital download card featuring a third track from each group.
Albany fastcore favorites Bad Friends will also be celebrating as they release their debut seven-inch record, which finds the band blasting their way through 10 tracks in as many minutes. Self-released by the band, the records will be available on clear, gold and black vinyl, limited to 100 copies of each color.
Sunday’s release party at Valentine’s Music Hall in Albany will feature performances by the Slaughterhouse Chorus, Bridge Under Fire and Bad Friends, as well as their friends Henry’s Rifle and Maggot Brain. The music is slated to get underway at 7pm on Sunday (January 27), and admission is $5.
