Major Hip-Hop Concert Headed to Washington Avenue Armory
Compton hip-hopster Kendrick Lamar – who churned up major waves in 2012 – is headed into Albany for a concert at the Washington Avenue Armory on Thursday, May 30.
Hot on the heels of his major-label breakthrough album Good kid, m.A.A.d. city, which found its way to the top of countless Best of the Year lists, Lamar rolls into Albany with his label-mate support acts Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul and Jay Rock slated to open the show at 8pm.
Tickets are currently available, priced at $50; VIP $100; meet-and-greet $200.
