Happy Birthday, Bob! It’s the Bob Dylan Birthday Bash in Woodstock on Sunday

On Friday (May 24), Bob Dylan – who is slated to head up the Americanarama Music Festival at SPAC on Sunday, July 21 – will celebrate his 72nd birthday.

And to mark the occasion, the Bearsville Theater – in Dylan’s old hometown of Woodstock – will host the annual Bob Dylan Birthday Concert on Sunday (May 26), organized by Happy Traum. An all-star conglomeration of Woodstock musicians will interpret the music of Mr. Dylan in a benefit concert for the Woodstock Day School.

Doors open at 6:30pm. The Woodstock Day School Rock Band plays from 7-7:30pm, followed by the Bob Dylan Bash at 8pm.
