Two New Concerts Announced for The Egg

The folks at The Egg have announced two new concerts for its summertime American Roots & Branches concert series. Tickets for the pair of shows are currently available to members of The Egg exclusivelt; tickets will go on sale to the general public on Thursday, May 30.

Todd Rundgren is a true original in contemporary music. A highly creative and diverse musician, his work has earned him a vast and loyal global following and immense respect from his musical peers. As a songwriter, video pioneer, producer, recording artist, computer software developer, conceptualist and interactive artist, Todd has made a lasting impact on both the form and content of popular music and will perform a 40-year retrospective of his career, from his classic hits “Hello, It’s Me” and “I Saw the Light” through his brand new 2013 album State. He will be joined by guitarist Jesse Gress, bassist Kasim Sulton, drummer Prairie Prince and keyboardist-guitarist John Ferenzik.

    Looking forward to the Todd show. Saw the 1st night of the tour a few Sundays ago and technical difficulties caused much disappointment. Hopefully he’s gotten his laptop serviced since then.
