The veteran free jazz saxophone giant and the equally adventurous drummer – recently named one of the 100 Greatest Drummers of Alternative Music by SPIN Magazine – team up for an evening far-reaching improvisational music. 8pm. $6-$10.
MUSIC: The 5 Browns @ Skidmore College’s Zankel Music Center, Saratoga Springs. In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring, the musical family ensemble offers the world premiere of a new five-piano arrangement.
