Festival Fever: Hats Off to Saratoga Festival, 7/20&21/13

The annual Hats Off to Saratoga Music Festival returns to the streets of downtown Saratoga Springs this weekend to celebrate today’s grand opening of the 2013 racing season.

A wide array of bands and musicians will enliven Broadway and the surrounding streets tonight (Friday) and Saturday night with their free performances.
