Real Good for FREE: New York State Food Festival @ Empire State Plaza, 8/14/13

The annual New York State Food Festival takes over the Empire State Plaza in Albany all day on Wednesday. Come on down and sample a wide variety of foods from more than 50 specialty vendors from around the Empire State, beginning at 11am.

And of course, there’s plenty of free music going on, too. Vocalist-harmonica man John Popper leads jam band faves Blues Traveler in the fest’s headlining slot, but there’s plenty of other good music throughout the day, too.
