MUSIC: Philadelphia Orchestra @ SPAC, Saratoga Springs. To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the tradition-shattering masterpiece, the orchestra will perform “The Rite of Spring,” led by conductor Gianandrea Noseda. MUSIC: Glen David Andrews @ Club Helsinki, Hudson. A member of the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame and a frequent face on HBO’s “Treme,” the singer-trombonist and his band whip up a great big spicy gumbo of New Orleans sounds form funk to jazz, from soul to gospel, from rock to zydeco. 9pm. $25.
FESTIVAL/MUSIC/FUNDRAISER: The Eddie Music Festival @ Pine Lake Park, Caroga Lake. A 12-hour marathon fest of more than 20 bands on two stages raising funds for a scholarship in memory of the late Eddie Lakata of the band Skyler’s Dream Team.
