The annual Drum Boogie Festival is happening from 10am-8pm on Saturday (September 7) at Andy Lee Field in Woodstock. This year’s all-day festival will feature the music of jazz great Jack DeJohnette, the Midnight Ramble Band, Simon Shaheen, the Japanese taiko ensemble COBU, the adventurous steel drum band NYU Steel and much more.
Admission is free. Rain date: Sunday (September 8).

Another incredible festival on the same day as so many others: New Music Fest, Jazz Fest, Rest Fest, Winners Reunion Fest and probably much more worth checking out. I need to remember this in February when absolutely nothing is happening and it’s too cold to go out anyway.
