Legendary music icons, Grammy Award-winners and Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, Brian Wilson and Jeff Beck have teamed up for a historic rock tour that lands in town tonight. They’re each bringing their own bands (Wilson’s will also feature the Beach Boys’ Al Jardine and David Marks) and will play their own sets. And, yes, they’ll be playing together, too… 8pm. $45, $55, $75 & $115.

Christine Salem @ the Sanctuary for Independent Media, Troy. Hailing from La Réunion in the Indian Ocean, Salem sings maloya – the once-banned, African-influenced music of the Creole descendants of slaves who worked the island’s sugar plantations. These are dangerous tunes that rouse the spirits and challenge the authorities, which means that her shows are as controversial as they are spellbinding. 7pm. $10.
