SPAC has announced that Philip B. Livingston has been named as the newest member of the Board of Directors for the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs. Livingston previously served as CEO of LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell from 2009 to 2013.

But Livingston also has some theater experience. He was Chief Financial Officer of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) from 2003-2005.

And if things get hot and heavy at a SPAC board meeting, you’re probably not going to want to tangle with Livingston, who earned a Super Bowl Championship ring as an offensive tackle with the NFL’s Oakland Raiders back in 1981.

Livingston will be replacing Larry King of Saratoga Springs – president and CEO of King Wealth Management – who has been a board member since 2006.
