Phantogram Announces New Album
Sarah Barthel and Josh Carter – also known as the Saratoga-spawned electro-popsters Phantogram – played a sold-out holiday homecoming concert at the Upstate Concert Hall in Clifton Park last Saturday (December 7). But they’ve got even bigger plans for 2014…
Hot on the heels of the September release of their self-titled EP, Phantogram has announced that their new album Voices – their first full-length disc since their 2010 Barsuk Records debut, Eyelid Movies – is slated for release on Tuesday, February 18 via Universal Republic. The 11-song album was recorded in Los Angeles with co-producer John Hill (Santigold, Portugal. The Man, M.I.A.).
The album is currently available for pre-order on iTunes, and the first single, “Fall in Love,” will be available on limited edition, seven-inch vinyl in early 2014.
Here’s the track listing for Voices:
Nothing But Trouble
Black Out Days
Fall in Love
Never Going Home
The Day You Died
Howling at the Moon
Bad Dreams
Bill Murray
I Don’t Blame You
Celebrating Nothing
