MUSIC: Ramblin Jug Stompers @ McGeary’s Pub, Albany. Nippertown’s premier jug band whips up a special Presidents’ Day edition of their front-porch Americana roots ruckus. 7pm. FREE.

MUSIC: 3 Doors Down @ The Egg, Albany. The band has sold more than 16 million albums worldwide, garnered three Grammy nominations, two American Music Awards, and five BMI Pop Awards for songwriting, including BMI’s coveted Songwriter of the Year award. And now, led by frontman Brad Arnold, 3 Doors Down bring their acoustic Songs from the Basement tour to town. 8pm. $49.75, $59.75 & $79.75. UPDATE: This concert is now officially sold out.

THEATER: “Beauty & the Beast” @ Steamer No. 10 Theater, Albany. The award-winning National Marionette Theatre has been delighting families for more than four decades with a wide variety of productions, including its newest production, “Beauty and the Beast.” 10am & 1pm. $15.

MUSIC: “Carnival of the Animals” @ the Berkshire Museum, Pittsfield. The Berkshire Music School performs the Camille Saint-Saëns classic in concert. 1pm. $15; $8 children; FREE children 3 and under. Ticket price includes museum admission.

MUSIC: The Faux Meek @ Club Helsinki, Hudson. The fresh Hudson Valley all-star indie rock band features members of Two Gun Man, Luxury Flats and Mother Fletcher. 8pm.

MUSIC: Popa Chubby & Friends @ the Falcon, Marlboro. The blues-rockin’ guitarslinger kicks off his month-long Monday night “Road Rot” Residency at the Falcon with drummer Adam Nussbaum, keyboardist Dave Keys and special guests each week. 7pm. Donations encouraged.
