New Concert Announced for the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall
)
We’re coming up on the big St. Patrick’s Day weekend, but as anybody can tell you, the Capital Region doesn’t need a special holiday to celebrate the richness of Celtic music.
So let’s extended the Irish music season into next month when Ciarán Sheehan & Friends bring “From Galway to Broadway” to the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall as a benefit for Albany’s Irish American Heritage Museum. The Dublin-born “Phantom of the Opera” star Sheehan and his band – guitarist Gabriel Donohue, violinist Heather Bixler, pianist Betsy Maxwell and percussionist Steve Bartosik – promise an eclectic musical mixture of timeless Irish classics, familiar Broadway show-stoppers and moving, inspirational favorites.
Tickets are currently on sale, priced at $25, $30 & $75.
