Andy Statman is a musician’s musician, a bona fide master of not just one, but two very different instruments – the mandolin and clarinet. Likewise, his captivating, deeply spiritual songs are a blazing blend of bluegrass, jazz and klezmer music.

Making his Nippertown concert debut earlier this month at The Egg in Albany, Statman was joined by bassist Jim Whitney and drummer Larry Eagle.
