Howe Glassman’s new club, the Low Beat, hasn’t even had its official grand opening yet – that comes on Friday, April 4 with the Figgs – but the cozy nightspot has already hosted its first big show – veteran tunesmith Jonathan Richman, aided and abetted by his trusty drummer/right-hand-man Tommy Larkin.
