DISCUSSION: “The Creative Process – In Conversation” @ the Arts Center of Capital Region, Troy. What is creativity? How is it nurtured, and why is it important? ACCR president Chris Marblo moderates a panel discussion with John Tobin (Vice President of Operations, EYP Architecture and Engineering), Jeff Stone (Senior Vice President, Kinderhook Bank), Coleen Paratore (writer/teacher), Steve Lobel (Vice President, Anchor Agency/ Arts Patron) and Alana Sparrow (co-founder of the Foundry). MUSIC: Mike Zito & the Wheel @ the Madison Theatre, Albany. The St. Louis guitarist, singer, songwriter, producer and co-founder of Royal Southern Brotherhood rolls into town with his band – saxman Jimmy Carpenter, bassist Scot Sutherland, drummer Rob Lee and keyboardist Lewis Stephens – in support of his new CD/DVD, Songs From The Road Live. 7:30pm. $12.
